Fellowships for International Development – IE – Intermon Oxfam
Written on August 2, 2011 by Mariana Romero in News
I want to say that this is a great opportunity offered. Am a Ugandan by nationality currently working with Mt. Elgon Self-Help Community Project based in rural Uganda. We are producing solar panels for lighting and irrigation, building biogass plants and wind mills. Our website is http://www.elgonproject.org. We feel we are directly contributing to protecting our enviroment. We would like to participate in this program and would appreciate if there is a form that we can fill.
Kind regards
Hello to all,
Thank you for your interest in the master program and in the partnership with Intermón Oxfam. We are also very excited about the potential of this initiative and look forward to connecting with you through this program. It is a great opportunity to work environmental issues at a social/practical level and gain experience with a world organization such as I.Oxfam.
The fellowship program is aimed for candidates that are admitted to the Master in Global Environmental Change, October 2011 intake. The entire selection process normally takes two weeks of time once all documents are sent. Note that there are no deadlines for the application. However it is best to apply soon as we are near to the start of the program. I encourage you to take a look at the recorded presentation made by Director Jaime Atienza, from Intermón Oxfam, along with the IE Admissions Team. Find below all the links you need. For any questions you may have, please contact me directly at: mariana.romero@ie.edu
Thank you once more,
Mariana
